PacificSource and Ceresti Health Demonstrate Significant Cost Savings in Medicare Advantage Members Living with Dementia
New claims-based results from PacificSource and Ceresti Health show that Ceresti's dementia management program, delivered through Ceresti's participation in the CMS GUIDE Model, achieved a 42% reduction in medical costs and statistically significant savings of $523 per member per month for Medicare Advantage members living with dementia. The findings demonstrate that activating family caregivers as an extension of the care team can meaningfully reduce avoidable hospitalizations and ER visits in a Medicare Advantage environment under growing cost pressure.
