Interim HealthCare Partners with Ceresti Health to Expand Dementia Care Nationwide

SUNRISE, Fla., and CARLSBAD, Calif. — [Feb. 14, 2026] — Interim HealthCare Inc., the nation’s leading network of home health care and staffing services that span the care continuum, today announced a strategic partnership with Ceresti Health, a tech-enabled dementia care provider, to expand access to specialized support for people living with dementia and the family caregivers who care for them every day.

For millions of families, dementia care doesn’t happen in a hospital — it happens at home, often led by unpaid family caregivers navigating complex medical, emotional and logistical challenges. Through its partnership with Ceresti Health, Interim HealthCare is strengthening its commitment to meet those families where they are, delivering coordinated, compassionate care designed specifically for the realities of dementia.

This alignment comes at a time when more value-based and senior care organizations are paying heed to the CMS GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) Model, which calls for increased education and support of family caregivers of people living with dementia. Ceresti Health, a nationwide GUIDE Participant, is one of more than 300 participants chosen by CMS to deliver care under this model.

Interim locations participating in the collaboration will provide in-home assessments and respite services for eligible GUIDE beneficiaries. Interim HealthCare will conduct home safety and functional assessments and deliver in-home respite care, enabling Ceresti to develop personalized care plans, support caregivers, and increase the quality of care for seniors living at home with dementia.

“Families affected by dementia deserve a care experience that is proactive, coordinated and deeply human,” said Mickey Antley, VP, Growth and Development. “By partnering with Ceresti Health, we are equipping our care teams and the families we serve with specialized tools and guidance that improve quality of life and help people remain safely in their homes longer.”

Three independent studies confirm that by empowering and activating family caregivers to recognize changes in condition early, Ceresti has reduced avoidable hospitalizations by more than 60% and medical costs by more than 40%. For home care providers, this translates to better outcomes and seniors with dementia aging safely in place – along with a new revenue stream and a clear differentiator in a crowded marketplace.

“Non-medical home care is an essential part of the care continuum, especially as dementia progresses,” said Dirk Soenksen, CEO of Ceresti Health. “Interim HealthCare understands the pivotal role family caregivers play and is demonstrating true leadership by investing in a model that supports both the individual living with dementia and the person standing beside them.”

The partnership also reflects growing recognition across healthcare that stronger coordination leads to better outcomes — helping families avoid unnecessary hospitalizations while improving the day-to-day experience of care.

Organizations across the senior care ecosystem are increasingly seeking ways to participate in more integrated models that support families earlier and more effectively.

By aligning home-based care with specialized dementia expertise, Interim HealthCare is creating a more connected experience — one that supports families today while helping prepare the broader healthcare system for the rapidly growing needs of an aging population.
