Your focus will be on building scalable processes, optimizing HubSpot and related tools, and ensuring clean, actionable data that drives confident decision-making. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to streamline workflows, sharpen forecasting, and surface insights that accelerate growth. As Sales Operations Manager, you ensure that our sales team has the processes, tools, and insights to scale this impact. By driving efficiency and accuracy across the revenue engine, you directly enable us to reach more caregivers and deliver life-changing support at a national scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own our tech stack and CRM tools—manage, optimize, and innovate across HubSpot (or equivalent), analytics platforms, enablement systems, and integrations.
- Enable cross-functional synergy—collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and momentum.
- Build and refine processes—design scalable sales workflows, playbooks, and automation that streamline operations and amplify productivity.
- Ensure data integrity—maintain clean, actionable sales data to fuel effective forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Unlock insights through analysis—translate performance metrics into actionable intelligence for leadership, surface trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Manage onboarding and enablement—support rapid ramp-up of new hires through training materials, tool access, and process guidance.
- Be both a leader and a doer—take ownership of projects from ideation to execution, and be prepared to roll up your sleeves where needed in a growing team.
The Right Fit
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles—preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or fast-growth environments. You have proven success in implementing sales strategies that optimize revenue generation processes.
- HubSpot CRM experience (or other modern CRM platforms); comfort configuring workflows, dashboards, and integrations. You have operated as the sole owner of the tech stack in a fast paced startup environment. You have expertise in revenue tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Notion, etc.) that enable you to design, troubleshoot, and implement complex revenue processes, automations.
- Process-oriented mindset—you redesign, simplify, and scale operations for smoother, smarter execution. You are up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations.
- Data-savvy—adept at deriving insights from metrics and translating them into operational improvements. You are a problem solver who can break down complex challenges into solvable parts, craft compelling solutions, and drive meaningful results with clarity and precision.
- Collaborative communicator with the ability to influence across teams and translate strategy into operational reality. You approach work with intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and proactivity.
