National Director of Sales, Medicare Advantage

As our National Director of Sales, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy that brings our proven solution to Medicare Advantage plans and at-risk providers, driving real clinical impact and measurable savings.
What You’ll Own
- Hunt, qualify & close: Build a strong $100M+ pipeline (TCV) by targeting key Medicare Advantage payers and large at-risk provider groups taking delegated risk.
- End-to-end deal leadership: From market research to contract negotiation, you’ll run the full sales cycle—engaging C-suite executives (CMOs, VPs of Population Health, CFOs) and forging strategic partnerships.
- Strategic partnership development: Collaborate with product, marketing and clinical teams to craft value-driven proposals that align with payer strategic initiatives around total cost of care reduction and improving RAF accuracy in risk-based payment models.
- Voice of the customer: Surface market insights and competitive intelligence to shape product roadmap, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
- Execution excellence: Track every activity in our CRM, forecast revenue, and hit aggressive quarterly and annual targets.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- Developing and executing a territory plan to deliver on company goals
- $2M+ in closed revenue, with building a clear path to $8M+
- High-value relationships established at 5+ national/regional MA payers in 2025
- Contribute to building and evolving a scalable sales process
Who You Are
- A top performing sales hunter, driven by quota attainment in a mission-driven organization
- Proven track record selling tech-enabled population health or disease management solutions into Medicare Advantage health plans and at-risk providers
- Extensive network of C-suite contacts across MA payers and at-risk provider organizations
- Deep expertise in risk-based payment models and an ability to translate clinical value into financial ROI
- Comfortable in a high-velocity startup environment, nimble in ambiguity, and energized by big goals
- Exceptional communicator with executive presence, persuasive storytelling skills, and a collaborative mindset
