Position Overview

Join our Product team as a Product Manager and play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling products that support and engage family caregivers of people living with dementia. You will own products across enrollment, engagement (coaching), mobile applications, and content-driven experiences, and will be a key driver of Ceresti’s ability to scale impact and outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering thoughtful, intuitive, and high-impact caregiver experiences, from onboarding through ongoing engagement. You will work hands-on and cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, content, and data teams to define product strategy, ship features, and continuously improve how caregivers interact with Ceresti. This is a role suited for a PM who is scrappy, adaptable, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves.

About Us & What We Do

Ceresti is on a mission to reduce avoidable hospitalizations and improve care for people living with dementia while improving the lives of their families and caregivers. We envision a world in which family caregivers of people living with dementia are supported and have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide the best possible care for their loved ones.

Ceresti is a tech-enabled dementia care provider with a differentiated model of care that improves outcomes and delivers guaranteed cost savings by including family caregivers in the care team. We offer health plans and accountable care organizations a turnkey solution for impacting a population that has limited engagement in traditional clinical programs.

Our culture is rooted in agility, innovation, and collaboration. We believe that every idea—no matter how small—can spark a meaningful improvement. Together, we create solutions that make a lasting impact on the healthcare ecosystem, enabling more compassionate and cost-effective care for those who need it most.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for key caregiver-facing experiences, including enrollment, engagement, coaching workflows, mobile apps, and content delivery.
  • Translate company and product strategy into clear, prioritized initiatives that drive caregiver engagement, retention, and outcomes.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term product thinking to support Ceresti’s growth and scalability.

Caregiver Experience & Engagement

  • Design and deliver end-to-end caregiver experiences—from onboarding through sustained engagement—grounded in empathy, usability, and real-world caregiver needs.
  • Partner closely with clinical, coaching, content, and operations teams to build compelling caregiver experiences that support behavior change and ongoing engagement.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on engagement strategies to improve activation, usage, and satisfaction.

Execution & Delivery

  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery by engineering teams.
  • Work closely with engineering to scope, sequence, and ship high-quality product features.
  • Be hands-on and scrappy. Unblock teams, clarify decisions, and drive momentum when things get ambiguous.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are operationally sound and aligned with real-world workflows.
  • Partner with business analysts and data teams to define success metrics, review insights, and incorporate learnings into product decisions.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track key product and engagement metrics to measure impact and guide prioritization.
  • Use qualitative feedback, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Contribute to improving product management practices, tools, and processes within the Product team.
