About the Role

Are you someone who thrives on building partnerships that make a lasting impact in healthcare? Ceresti Health is seeking a strategic, mission-driven sales leader to join our team as National Director of Payers Sales. In this remote role, you’ll partner with health insurance carriers to expand access to Ceresti’s GUIDE-aligned dementia care program, creating value for payers while improving the lives of families and caregivers nationwide.

This is more than a sales position. It’s an opportunity to shape the future of dementia care by bringing innovative solutions to forward-thinking payers who are ready to embrace the power of caregiver-enabled care. You’ll be the bridge between Ceresti and Payer organizations, helping them unlock measurable value while ensuring caregivers and their loved ones get the support they need.

Your focus: Strategic outreach, relationship-building, and partnering with payors to bring Ceresti’s dementia care program to scale across the U.S.

As a vital member of the GUIDE business line, you will spearhead our outreach to Payer partners through Medicare lines of business. Your mission: secure strategic alliances that enhance access to our coaching, education, and support services—empowering caregivers and seniors alike, while driving meaningful impact in healthcare delivery.

You will be the first voice they hear — a lifeline that opens the door to transformative support.

What You’ll Own

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with Medicare lines of business in payer organizations, positioning our GUIDE solution as a key solutions for reducing medical costs.

  • Full-Cycle Deal Engagement: Lead every phase from initial outreach to collaboration, negotiation, and relationship maturation. Navigate conversations with senior leaders—medical, population health, finance, and payer executives.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with product, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to tailor compelling, value-aligned offerings for each Payer.

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of Payer stakeholders—collecting insights and feeding them into our product roadmap, service enhancements, pricing strategy, and market approach.

  • Pipeline & Process Leadership: Cultivate a dynamic and transparent sales process—track progress methodically within your CRM, and consistently surface sales intelligence and trends to guide team learning and execution.

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • Development and execution of a trackable, iterative engagement strategy with payer partners, and building robust relationships with key payer decision-makers.
  • Contributing to the refinement and scalability of the GUIDE go-to-market framework.

  • Clearly articulating ROI and clinical value in partnership offerings, supported by compelling case examples and stakeholder feedback.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned sales or business development leader with deep experience in Payer engagement—especially around Medicare payer segments.

  • Adept at guiding high-stakes conversations with C-suite or senior executive-level stakeholders at payer organizations.

  • Skilled at interpreting clinical and financial metrics through a value-based lens, and translating them into impactful commercial strategies.

  • Familiar with the challenges and nuances of startup or scale-up dynamics: agile, resourceful, collaborative, and resilient in ambiguity.

  • A storyteller by nature—with executive presence, emotionally intelligent communication, and adept at balancing strategy with pragmatism.
