In this remote role, you'll connect with families caring for loved ones with dementia, introducing them to a life-changing support program — at no cost to them.

Your focus: Outreach, empathy, and enrolling eligible family caregivers in Ceresti’s award-winning Caregiver-enabled Care Program through outbound calls.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

You will be the first voice they hear — a lifeline that opens the door to transformative support.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to eligible family caregivers (we provide the leads)
- Use your communication skills to explain Ceresti’s free caregiver support program
- Listen with empathy, identify caregiver needs, and guide them toward enrollment
- Track your outreach efforts in our CRM system (we’ll train you)
- Collaborate with Ceresti’s coaching and engagement team as needed
- Provide feedback on what’s working and how we can improve
- Stay compliant with all HIPAA and privacy regulations
