Lead the Front Lines of Innovation in Dementia Care – Join Ceresti’s Mission to Serve Medicare Populations with Compassion and Precision

Ceresti is also a selected participant in CMS’s GUIDE Model, which establishes a new standard of care for dementia and unlocks transformational value for at-risk healthcare organizations.

We are seeking a Program Enrollment Manager to lead and scale our rapidly growing team of Enrollment Specialists. This role is responsible for driving caregiver and patient enrollment across both the CMS GUIDE and Medicare Advantage channels. You’ll own the performance of a mission-critical team, and build the systems and processes to support hyper-growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing remote team of empathetic Enrollment Specialists who proactively connect with caregivers and patients to drive enrollment in Ceresti’s dementia care programs.
  • Manage end-to-end team performance across GUIDE and Medicare Advantage enrollment channels: outreach productivity, conversion rates, contact effectiveness, and documentation accuracy.
  • Design and optimize scalable, repeatable processes to support growth across multiple customer segments and product offerings.
  • Implement smart automation, tools, and workflows to streamline team operations and maximize productivity—without compromising the human connection that defines Ceresti’s mission.
  • Analyze real-time data to adjust strategy, deploy coaching, and continuously improve team outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and internal data documentation standards in all team workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to align on goals, messaging, and customer experience from outreach to enrollment.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, high-empathy culture where team members feel supported, challenged, and connected to purpose.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of inside sales, enrollment, or outreach leadership experience within a healthcare environment. Experience with Medicare populations (MA or Traditional) is required; CMS GUIDE or value-based care experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven success scaling enrollment or outreach teams in a high-growth company—ideally with a blend of tech-enabled and high-touch approaches.
  • Experience building a data-driven, performance-focused team culture that still honors the need for empathy and emotional intelligence in member interactions.
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience building CRM workflows, QA frameworks, call scripts, and coaching tools to drive team consistency.
  • Fluency in Medicare Advantage sales/enrollment strategy, including member engagement, eligibility, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communicator, motivator, and problem-solver with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Passion for improving the lives of patients and caregivers facing the challenges of dementia.
