New claims-based results from PacificSource and Ceresti Health show that Ceresti's dementia management program, delivered through Ceresti's participation in the CMS GUIDE Model, achieved a 42% reduction in medical costs and statistically significant savings of $523 per member per month for Medicare Advantage members living with dementia.
