Ceresti Partners with Neura Health to Deliver Timely Dementia Assessments Under CMS GUIDE Model

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – [June 11, 2025] – Dementia care solutions leader Ceresti Health today announced a strategic partnership with Neura Health, a nationwide virtual neurology services provider. This collaboration will expand the service areas for  Ceresti’s remotely delivered dementia care program under the CMS Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model and will provide faster, more efficient services to people with dementia and their family caregivers.

Through this partnership, Ceresti will now offer virtual neurology assessments via Neura Health, supporting the dementia assessment requirement of the  GUIDE model. The rapid,  7-day turnaround time for assessments will ensure that people living with dementia, and their unpaid family caregivers, can access services faster, avoiding traditional delays in specialist evaluation and diagnosis.

“We are thrilled to partner with Neura Health,” said Dirk Soenksen, CEO of Ceresti Health. “This collaboration enhances our ability to deliver comprehensive care, reduce barriers to diagnosis, and support the family caregivers who are essential to managing dementia at home.”

Neura Health CEO Elizabeth Burstein said the collaboration aligns with Neura Health’s mission to close the access and quality gap for people living with neurological disorders, including dementia.

“Neura and Ceresti share a vision of increasing quality care access to people who need it most. We are excited to help Ceresti proactively provide  evidence-based dementia care through its scalable, caregiver-centered solution,” Burstein said. “With 24/7 access to a personalized care team through Neura Health, patients can avoid long wait lists and receive the diagnosis that will help them benefit from the GUIDE model. This could help millions of people.”

Ceresti is live in multiple states and will expand nationally when the GUIDE model officially launches on July 1, 2025.  The partnership reflects both companies’ commitment to scaling innovative, home-based dementia care—while enabling health plans, providers, and caregivers to better support this complex population.
